Tim Cappello is a legend, and from the interviews I've seen, he seems like a really nice and humble guy too.

I just met him this past Saturday and cannot get over how NICE he is. He’s such a huge sweetheart. The Lost Boys has been my favorite movie for as long as I can remember (I’m 29) and wasn’t expecting Tim to spend so much time with his fans and having actual conversations with them, especially after all the effort he put into his performance! My husband loved him too (I introduced him to Tim & the Lost Boys) which just proved to me how sweet of man Tim is.
@ohxlivia2 жыл бұрын
May I also mention how sweet he was to the staff at the venue?! He ran to have his water bottle refilled and said “thank you” over and over to the busy bar tenders. I’ve met a couple of my idols but Tim was the sweetest by a long shot.

I saw another documentary that the producer said that the song was by a Christian band that didn't want to be associated with a vampire movie so that's why he asked Tim to do it. His performance is so iconic in the best vampire movie ever made.

I used to know Timmy in the 80's. We both went to the same health food store on Hollywood blvd. He lived down the way from my place and he'd walk by when I was out on the patio and wave hi. He's just a really nice guy.

Such a great talent, I saw the lost boys no less than 50 times and I loved his scene, strange how some small role became so huge, love it
@Nopaants Жыл бұрын
May have been brief but his character became just as memorable as the main characters. I’m in love with Jami Gertz n her seductive dance in that scene and then this kickass saxophone playing, awesome vocals and shredded musician starts belting out and swinging the hips. A very memorable scene.

How could anyone forget his role in The lost Boys! Still my favourite vampire movie along with Fright Night 1 and 2! Soundtrack was amazing, but of course it was the 80s, it would be, not like the crap now! I love the Sax, it makes most songs sexy as hell in my opinion! Very talented sexy guy ! Thank god i was born in 1970, it was perfect timing to live my best life in the 80s, would go back in a heartbeat!

It's weird because I just saw that episode, shazamed the song because I really liked it and it lead to me planning to watch the lost boys again soon - one of the movies of my youth. And also the first ever concert I was to was a Tina Turner concert in 1990. Maybe he played the sax as a sexy sax man there. Edit: He actually did! kzbin.info/www/bejne/a2ank4OMZZ1jm9k
