Hey there, right now I'm only making sales on FB marketplace. I set the website up, but my traffic still came from FB. I think it adds some legitamacy, but it hasn't impacted the business in any way for now.

No I'm only one FB marketplace really. I've noticed a huge difference though when I started listing them as a 5 piece set. Have you tried that? Also, beige is my best seller by far and it's not even close. Do you have any of those?

Also the quality is not good for paying $760 per set plus $100 ish for delivery when buying in bulk, comes out to $860 per 4 piece set in bulk, margins not there

I disagree. The COGS on a 4 piece set is $800 after shipping. I sell that set for $1,400. A 5 piece is 1,000 COG and sells for $1,700. That said, I think the best strategy is to have some new sets mixed with still selling some preowned. I'll probably start doing a mix between the new in box clouds and some Bstock orders.

Still not a fan of the hand smack to close a section of video. Why you all think that is cool transition is far beyond me. Cory, we will see, but if the niches are just other people's hustles it will take away from the goal of the channel a bit. However, I am quite tired of the couch sales and I have watched from the beginning. Most people miss how boring everyday transactions over and over again can grow a family fortune in only a few years. No one really needs to reinvent the wheel to be a millionaire, all one has to do is sell something a lot of people want.

I often heard about the difference, but laughed it off, no it is real. Thanks for the reply 100% agree and Cory does own a house on this journey as he does in his own investments, I think he would do very well doing more. I like the vacation model over the renter.

This is a bunch of useless feedback. Corey’s niche is couch flipping. However, it does not take away from the purpose channel (inspiring and teaching others to hustle and level up by using their resources) to spotlight some other potential side hustles. If the camera transitions bother you so much that you feel compelled to comment about it, then at least suggest an alternative option he could utilize. Regardless, he’s a one man show, and what he’s doing so far is obviously working. Things like clip transitions don’t matter much. You should consider if your comment provides any value before hitting send next time.

If the focus of the channel shifts to other people's hustles than it takes away from the mission we all went on with Cory. The goal is to grow $500 to $1,000,000 not see what Bill, Gary or Jim do to make money and my suggestion was start another channel and focus on that. Cory is an outstanding person by the way, if my comments bother you to comment don't read them. Too many times people like you worry about what others say as a judgement. Tell others to stop commenting is a form of censorship and nothing I have told Cory is bad advice, its advice.
