The strangest pub in England? The Highwayman Sourton Devon

This time i visit The Highwayman Pub in Sourton Devon England.
It's reputed to be the most unusual pub in England.

What an amazing place! So much colourful detail and an immediate step back into the past. I haven't been to any pubs for many years but I would definitely drink in this one. So good to see that you had an unimpeded walk around and was able to capture the interior in its full splendour.

@@mmwaashumslowww7167 Thanks. The owners very kindly let me film what I liked. It really is a very strange building . As soon as I went in I knew there would be a "ghost" lol

@@NicolaExplores We've stayed on Dartmoor quite a lot over the years & ive always wanted to film in there. Sally who runs the pub is very friendly & very kindly let me film. 🙂

I've been to the Highwayman quite a few times. It is a magnificent piece of theatre. Well worth a visit the atmosphere is wonderful. Not sure why the video has 'horror film' soundtrack. It doesn't portray the feel of the place at all.

I pass this Pub when I travel to Plymouth. I wince every time I see the roadside sign. The artwork looks like it was done by a 10 year old. It's awful!
