@andresmdp95 my like top 3 go to strategems are ac turret, hmg and supply pack. Mag dumping a factory stryder from underneath for the insta kill (as well as shreiker nests and spore spewers) has definitely changed my mind of the hmg. Not to mention butt popping chargers. Head shots with the hmg just feel so good. I just wish it had a 100 round mag.

@@ChaoticFrenziedStar i have tried all of this even before this video. A month ago, and i got a Google doc with all possible good builds for each faction. With this backpack: For automatons try 30% accuracy armor. Adjudicator (if you know how to use it you will unleash its full potential, tip spam bullets on other areas that are not the head for devastators, legs work better, and leave at least 1 bullet in mag for faster reload, try that and thank me later), Nade pistol (fabricators, can even use it a bit against those 2 leg walkers or groups of enemies), SMOKE nade. (If you know how it works and how to become a ninja, you will enjoy it, experiment). You can spam nades, for objectives, for rushing without enemies being able to target you) thats why i bring supply backpack with HMG (can destroy gunships fast, just shoot without aiming 1st person to one of the engines), can kill hulks fast and has the fastest TTK of Factory striders.. its gold and many are sleeping on it. Combine it with smoke tactics. 3rd and 4th stratagem can be: eagle smoke if you know how to use it and how it works with your build, eagle airstrike, mortars, orbital precision strike, 380mm for large bases, etc... and this is just one build. I just dont make videos and share it with friends. Now try it and experiment.

against the bots i have found running the AMR plus the supply pack is just as effective as running the auto cannon, however its actually pretty awesome to have someone next to me who has the auto cannon because i can keep his ammo and stims flowing i had this one team i ran with it was 2 auto cannons and 2 supply packs and it was one of the easiest missions ive ever ran we almost never died other then the one shots.

3:25 I got helldivers a week after release and yeah some ppl don’t understand how op the supply backpack is. Especially if you’re running a armor that gives extra stims. The craziest part is that if you use a supply drop just to refill your nade it’ll refill your nades and also give you an entire supply box in your backpack. You could be empty on stims nades and ammo on every gun. And it would STILL give you an extra supply box for your backpack. Ontop of having a 6 stim limit and a supply backpack basically makes you immortal. Since you have so much you can just use a stim needlessly just to keep your character running. I’ve left my teammates in the dust this way

Word of advice to people on a team with someone that has a supply pack, THEY SHOULD ALWAYS GET THE RESUPPLY FIRST. If they have an empty spot on their supply pack, they can pick up supplies and get back their ammo and such then just give you the supply pack box, essentially doubling every resupply.

Flamethrower, 4 mags, ignores medium AND Heavy armor. can down a charger is 3 seconds by focusing its legs, clears swarms of enemies like its nothing, locks down bug breaches, spreads fire on the floor everywhere. Pair it with the medkit armor, and impact fire grenade, stim yourself and surround yourself in flames killing everything around you. a frequent strategy of mine is to toss the nade between my legs and laugh like a maniac while all the hunters die around me. Thumbs up for showing the love the supply back deserves. also a single supply gives you full flamer ammo :D

Finally, someone says it. There is physical no reason to run the forcefield when the supply pack exists But will say, you should deffinetly try running the AMR agaisnt bots. It deals with literally everything in the game, and tactically taking out devistators for your team to sweep though is only satisfying

Been preaching that supply pack with stun grenades is actually one of the best stratagems against bots. You can stun lock hulks, bot drops, etc. and keeping enemies stunned while you hit them with strikes is so effective.

ive been using the soppily pack long before the merida mission i absolutely love it for all the reasons you mentioned and also because it really does help the team i dont feel guilty nabbing all the resupply boxes when someone drops one because they know ive been helping them to resupply the whole time every supply box i grab basically doubles the ammo i receive from a resupply so ill even grab 3 if im low on stims (i run medic armor) then immediately supply my teammates waiting to grab some. as long as they get resupplied they usually dont care. it really increases your teams longevity in hard won fights because like you said running out of stims and ammo in a fight is how people die. now against bug i usually do just run off by myself or one other person and the supply pack basically gives 2 separate resupplies for your team in 2 man teams. anyway i totally agree that the supply pack is amazing.

Dude I always thought it was underrated especially in bot missions. The amount of times I saved myself and my teammates is insane. What's wild is that it doesn't even break the game. Supply pack + AMR for bots is such a great support role because you have super high survivability (unless you just get one tapped), let your team use the supply Beacon if you're split, and let you save your teammates. The AMR can take care of anything from afar except for heavy armor (but everything has a weak spot with bots), so while your team is going head first, you're supporting them by sniping those devastators and hulk eyes.

The best bug loadout that there is goes as follows: Any Light Armor to out maneuver the bugs - Perferbly the B-08 Light Gunner Armor (Gives the armor benefits of Medium Armor) or any Light Medic Armor (Extra Stims) Primary Weapon: Incendiary Breaker - Fast fire rate with lasting fire damage Sidearm: Redeemer (Fast fire rate and can save you from sticky situations) or the Grenade Pistol (Extra support for bug holes and Bile Spewers) Impact Grenades: One shots Bile Spewers, is also just incredibly powerful (You need to make sure these go into the bughole in order to seal it) Support Weapon: Flamethrower - Can kill all enemies excluding the bile titan (Concetrate the Flamethrower flames at one of the Charges front legs for 2-5secs for a quick kill) Support Pack: Laser Dog Rover - Protects you if enemies come from behind and alerts you, also is great support when fighting bugs infront of you (Also shoots down all Shriekers) Eagle Airstrike - Self Explanatory Orbital Railcannon Strike - Can kill take out Bile Titans (If it does not kiil it and instead cracks open its back, shoot your shotgun shots into its goo sacks and that fire will spread around its body and it will damage its exposed back tissue; killing it) For the best use of this loadout, run around with the Flamethrower spraying and praying, backup when shooting so that you dont catch yourself on fire. (Tip: Shoot ground first then the bugs infront of you, as the flames do not go past the bugs even thought it looks like it). Use your primary and sidarm to relieve yourself if you have to reload and the bugs are on top of you.

My team and I notice these awesome pros to the supply pack and started getting through runs with fewer deaths and sometimes even no deaths compared to before. It's surprisingly a big game changer once we learned how to use it on ourselves and the refill trick when calling supplies. It's like we have at least two or more supply pack strats instead of just one.

Supply pack is godly against bugs paired with the flamer and stun grenades. The flamer runs through ammo quickly, and you will burn through stims and stuns, but the supply pack will keep you topped up

You gotta try the heavy fortified armor with the pummeler. The Pummeler being a one handed weapon allows you to blind fire behind you while running away. This compensates for the low movement speed and stamina of the armor while stunt locking anything following you. It's an absolute best with the unlimited ammo of the supply pack.

One thing That would make things easier to understand If by pulling out the map, You can see your team mates stims and granades like what you do on the hud, Like having 2/4 nades or 1/4 stims. This would allow backpack users to determin to give a team mate supplies or not, Ammo kept the should be kept the same or maybe have the 8/8 magazines as an example

I love this loadout, i gravitated to something similar with stalward as primary and old eruptor to deal with medium, after the nerf the scorcher was a great close second with that benefit of on demand self dmg to use stims to run for longer. In my build i also brought the EAT. Its a quick drop the stalward, shoot and pick it back up” option, its a clean oneshot on chargers, two shot on titans that can be flexed to break spore spewers, propaganda towers and shriekers nests. 4th strat was very flexible, i liked railcannon for redundancy on armored or 500kg that could clear hordes. I called it the “weapon master” as it seemed like a guy with everything in the backpack. In this loadout the impact grenade was a one shot to spewers, so it was freat with engineers kit. Was very fun Since patch it seems scorcher cant 4 shot spewers anymore and grenade dont one shot as consistently as before…

Not to mention, supply pack and power weapon stratagem combos between two players means you can kill heavy enemies that have high health and heavy armor. Autocannon? Nope, rounds tend to bounce off heavy armor at shallow angles. Spear or Bazooka (recoiless rifle)? Then you can say "Fuck armor slope" and proceed to mow down every big enemy with team reloads, and supply pack handouts.

Grenade launcher got improved. I do breaker incendiary as primary (pops chargers unusually fast). Crossbow is much better now if using Stalwart, and it can close holes with a flatter trajectory than even the grenade launcher. Big Iron with both of these as it melts hive guards or anything else up close.

I've been running the supply backpack for like two months now for bots and bugs. Partly because in random groups people were pretty bad about timing and placing resupplies. And it sucks real bad to have a great run ended because you're running on fumes for ammo, stims and grenades. For Bots I usually run eagle airstrike, precision orbital strike, supply pack, amr, stuns genades, grenade pistol (mostly for utility), and a flavor of primary that does aoe damage like the scorcher, plasma punisher, or shrapnel variant eruptor The abundance of grenade and stims lets me be very liberal with them, and still have them when I need them and it basically lets me treat the amr as a primary. On bugs it gives me great endurance while running the flame thrower and incendiary breaker. I use 500KG for bile titans and stun grenade plus flame thrower for chargers and other armored enemies and the breaker for everything else.

I loved the idea of the backpack when it first game out w gernade launcher. But I switched to all energy build for no ammo instead. And now I want disposable. Fast and plentiful of callins but nothing to go back for if I die. I'd like a disposable hand helds to deal with light swarms and groups of mediums like the eat handles heavy. But if I ever want to solo the harder levels I know I should be taking the advice here. Max Stims and grenades handles almost everything in the game.

Great Video! Small Correction: The Superior Packing Methodology doesnt work for supply backback. So you will get half of support weapon always no mather what. Thats the only difference between backback and normal resupply. Still a great Backpack to use!

Good video. Ive went on my own and taken objectives and massive bug holes killing well over 80 bugs including chargers and bile titans with the supply pack allowing me to tank endless hits from the fodder. Often i like the run the grenade launcher eith the supply pack and precision strike with airburst strike. Grouped up enemies are no problem and you can take out the occasional bile titan if needed.

I love the enemies team damage. That titan stepped on an elite. U still fired at the elite and then switched to the other when u realized it was dead. I don't prioritize chargers anymore. I get them to run over swarms if I can.

A very effective variant against bots is actually using AMR with it. You have the same armor pen as the AC (without the AoE splash damage though), and the supply pack effectively acts as a ammo refill like the AC one but with added stims and grenades as a bonus. With this + a few air support stratagems like Eagle airstrike / 500kg / orbital precision, you can basically take out about any foe on the bot side (except drop ships). I often run that with heavy armor and JAR5 / scorcher + grenade pistol + stun grenades with great results.

my horde clear build is ammo pack, breaker incendiary, grenade pistol, impact incendiary grenade and quasar cannon. then i run orbital gatling and either a 500kg or an eagle airstike. the breaker incendiary with unlimited ammo is rediculous, takes care of everything with dot damage. bile spewers get one grenade to the face and follow up with a few shots from the breaker incendiary, chargers get quasar'd and bile titans get quasar'd with the 500kg or airstrike follow up.

MG-43 starts to become useful stratagem with supply pack. It’s in a pretty decent middle ground with Stalwart & Heavy MG. Imo MG-43 isn’t bad, but it does have some noticable downsides with heavy targets and stationary reload. Once you get used to the reload it’s not going to be a big issue (stuns, slide reload, 1/3 reload animation and keep moving). Stalwart is clearly better than MG-43 against Terminids, but It’s not going to be a F-tier pick. 80 dmg per shot, high rpm, 150 round magazine and not terrible recoil.

Vs bugs I run virtually the same load out. I do the grenade launcher , grenade pistol, impact grenades, and the pummeler stuns stalkers, has a large long clip and hits like an AR. Plus you can run away and shoot bc it’s one handed.

Im also using this kind of build with the pack and grenade launcher vs automatons. Hulks, tanks and airplane can be problem in solo games, rest is not that hard. Main problem is that a teammate has a grenade launcher and is trying to hit the enemy, but you will always fly suddenly trough the air😅

But the thing is… I like to run arc stuff ,especially if I know I’m splitting from the group, they are by far the most ammo efficient 😂 but I’ll definitely have to give the GL / supply pack combo a try, looks fun!

Supply pack and AMR is S tier against the bots. Scorcher, grenade pistol, stun nades. Eagle airstrike and orbital laser. It’s up there with autocannon for bots.

When u take recoiless backpack and ur buddy take's supply pack you basically have unlimited clip wich will help u take down any heavy armored oponnent or bot drops

Running the sickle instead of the scorcher might be better if we're talking about horde clears, if you don't let the sickle overheat you've essentially got yourself unlimited ammo for your primary. Other than that, in my experience (level 37 Marshall as of right now) you are spot on. I've only ever run supply pack on terminid worlds because the shield generator pack cannot be topped on automaton worlds in terms of survivability. Being able to tank a salvo from a rocket devastator that caught you unawares is incredibly invaluable imo.

Shhh don’t talk about the secret GOAT arrow head is listening. The supply pack is probably the best stratagem in my opinion. Even against bot if you run it with the AMR. You can get flawless runs easily with that combo against the automaton.

I was thinking too, since the Grenade launcher/Stalwart become your primary weapons against bugs... The AMR could do the same vs bots, it can literally kill any bot no problem... Bot loadout: -Supply Pack -AMR -Eagle Airstrike -Any other Strategm -Dominator or Fab Destroyer -Grenade Pistol -Stun Nade -Medic Heavy Armor

Is superior packaging supposed to also work with supply packs? because my preferred (signature) playstyle is having someone else take the recoilless rifle and reloading them (you need to stay close to them always, ping enemies/communicate and they need to be on kinda flat terrain with space to their right and preferably stationary so that I can reload). it gives supreme AT rate of fire though, with a reload time of about two seconds and a potential maximum of 18(26) shells with full supply pack and full backpack/loaded gun (in brackets: if superior packaging worked for supply packs), which is a rate of fire that can, especially in the evac assets mission, down every dropship you don’t miss and kills formations like triple chargers or a tank and two hulk in no time, and with the ammo reserves, you never really run out. I also use the flame thrower on bug missions for crowd control/area denial sometimes, neatly giving me enough ammo when the supply pack refills the RR backpack I‘m wearing

I use the quasar cannon with the supply pack specifically because it's one of the few anti-vehicle weapons that doesn't take a backpack slot

My biggest pet peeve when using this weapon is a) most people won't ask for ammo from you and will just call a resupply and b) teammate ammo indicators are broken and often show flashing red indicator despite being completely stocked on ammo I think support weapons break the indicators for some reason idk why

I have been using the supply pack since day one. The only thing that I don't like about it is the color patterns. As we all know, there is some very varying armor types and they have very specific color and metal pallets. The yellow ammo packs kind of ruin the looks in my opinion. Understandable, they probably did the coloring for quality of life, but we as the backpack players are the ones choosing whether to give the supplies or no, it is not like helldivers 1 where your teammates click interact on you and they get supplies. I really do hope that in the future there will be skins added for our equipment just like in the viper commando that is coming today with the customization of our mech, hellpod and escape shuttle.

Don't count out the stalwart for chargers.. it will pierce its armor on 1100 rpm and as long as you hit the butt a few times it'll start to rip the armor off as you shoot. Hitting white hit markers too. Meaning its doing half damage at 1100 rounds per minute. It's a charger slayer as long as its a 1v1. Also running punisher with stalwart will let you stun lock all the elite enemies and shred the lights.

Punisher takes a full clip up close but if you use it right a friendly can just come help as you tap fire and keep the enemy stunned.

I swear to god I’ve been running the supply pack with the anti material rifle with stuns as my main in every attack & it feels like im in god tier mode Like you’d think the drone backpack & shield is op cause it’s suppose to protect you from everything but with the supply back I’m unstoppable! Instead of the extra stims I use the drone medium armor adding extra stuns, cause personally I tend to die whenever I run out of stuns against hulks & chargers, bring in a EAT against chargers or allongside Orbital railgun for Titans, & reg Eagle air strike for Stryders & punisher plasma as my main against the bots light enemies & to stagger devastators, but for bugs I equip Breaker incendiary & the AMR against hulks, surprisingly it’s good against bugs as well just shoot them on the belly and finally to clear bug hold I use grenades pistol

I've been using the plasma shotgun with the supply pack. I still wish it had 2 more shots in the magazine cause I end up reloading way to much. For the support weapon I use either The Stalwart or the anti-material rifle and the redeemer as my side arm

I'm surprised you didn't mention the flamethrower. Goated for hords clearing and cooks charger in less than 3 sec if you focus on 1 leg.

With the flamethrower, you kinda need to take something that offers you more stims. But to really be unkillable you should use the shield pack... not this... I mean yeah you get more stims and can stim consistently but the difference is - take damage all the time - stim all the time and - don't take damage - don't need to stim all the time, with the shield pack.

I still take the bubble shield on bugs as i can run through a hord to close a bug hole without getting staggered

Get good at the Auto Cannon, you'll then be unkillable, but way cooler. But the Supply back and AMR is a solid choice.

Clearly we haven't been in a squad together. I use this pack religiously in my explosives build against bugs, another thing I never see is people wearing the heavy explosive resistant armor when using mechs. With that equipped i actually survive the mechs death. Really helpful

Oh nice one bro. I actually use both mechs (you can find a way to do it) with Scout armor, since I never lose my mech and I like being able to spam pings that act as an UAV. But your armor can work better for automatons front

If you arent hitting 30+ stims used per match with the supply pack, you gotta be even riskier. Having nearly unlimited stims, ammo, and grenades allows you to waltz into heavy nest and heavy automaton bases with little fear. Plus you never have to depend on the resupply call ins. Ill often even damage myself with a grenade/grenade pistol in order to lose some hp in order to use a stim in order to get my stamina back or to abuse the new Viper Commando booster for that amazing speed boost at nearly any time
