With all the online artificial Intelligence promotion and news it is difficult to find any real benefit to genealogy or genealogists. In this presentation you will see how AI has already become a mainstay of the greater genealogical community through handwriting recognition, computer aided indexing, and many other not-so-new advances. The full text feature has already helped me to breach a few brick walls, so grateful for that and looking forward to more advances and progress. Most helpful so far have been wills and deeds of gift or ones used for settling estates such as when one sibling buys out the interests of all the other heirs. Or conversely the heirs as a group will sometimes buy out the interest of one party.
