I definitely agree that Franky attacking Usopp is what influenced Luffy's decision to get a new ship. Things have been put into perspective for him. It's his job as captain to keep the crew safe. Sailing on an irreparably damaged ship won't keep them safe. He sees that hus crew can be lost and he will not allow that to happen because he was negligent.

It's such a minor detail, but this is the first time since the first time we met Zoro that he put on his bandana before he ever saw the enemy. Stoic Zoro who dozes on the ship and takes most everything in stride, went full Serious Mode from the jump because of what the Franky Family did to Usopp. Good stuff.

Oh..... These next two episodes are going to hurt so Ishinobi prepare to be shocked, sad, cry, and any other method along those lines cause there will be one of the most unexpected greatest fight moments in history but not the way anyone would have wanted it to go out. Comments prepare the tissues cause we are about to see Ishinobi feel well how each of us felt when we first saw it ourselves and well just one word comes to mind and that is "damn". This fight is another great one but still if you know then you get where this is going.

yeah, realy have i ever seen a fight that hurt that bad to watch. a fight that you knew the outcome and were anything but the outcome would not be acceptable but you wished with all you heart there could be another way of ending it. A fight were there could be no wining side. Art that can hurt you to the bone yet still keep you watching is the realist of art. the kind of art that change you.

Right! And it’s good he acknowledged Usopp loves Merry the most in the last video, I was like “YES Jack’s on the right track!” (Cuz so many of the fandom STILL don’t understand why Usopp was so hellbent on (Spoiler) fighting Luffy to determine Merry’s fate 😭 some people still shit on Usopp for instigating the fight and saying he’s creating drama where there is none, but they just don’t understand how emotionally wrecked he is because of it 😭)

@@katara1610 oh yeah no I totally agree that Usopp absolutely went too far 😱 some of it was hard to watch. 🥺Him using luffy’s (spoiler) weak points against him was sooo dirty 😭 (i guess it just shows how devastated he was 😭) yea I think what I’m referring to are some people who I’ve seen comment on several reaction vids that they don’t understand why Usopp is even so attached to the merry in the first place and thought he wanted to pick a fight for no reason 😅, so yeah I’m glad Jack understands the bond Usopp has with the ship 😭 But yea Usopp ultimately was in the wrong, and it also gave us the amazing Zoro scene where he really steps up as a right hand man to Luffy and tells him they shouldn’t excuse Usopp’s actions and that he needs to humble himself and apologize in order to rejoin the crew. 💖

If you steal from pirates, you're not committing any crimes. So the Franky Family are technically on the right side of the law. Though judging by Nezumi's actions in the Arlong arc, the stolen goods should still be returned to the rightful owners.

Thing is, even though the Straw Hats themselves don't know it, the rightful owners of that gold are the residents of Skypeia, who were happy to give them the gold in thanks. So they technically acquired the money legitimately. The law still won't defend them, though, just on account of them being pirates.

What luffy was doing with the fake gattling was he was forcing blood into his hands with the punching motion, thats why his hands turned red. Making them denser. So the punch hit harder.
