@@adill5160 I don't play Tekken really I just watch it, but doesn't blocking someone remove them from the pool of players you can be matched against? If I were playing 24/7 in high ranks with a smaller pool of players I reckon I'd give them all the benefit of maybe having lagged once or twice against me but I would probably keep names of the bad cases of lag and after 2 or 3 times I'm blocking them because our connections are just not compatible. Streamer probably didn't do that or maybe he remembered his name possibly. Fighting games are already maximum sweat and frustration a lot of the time even with good connection, losing with bad connection is just extra pain and if they can cut it out they'll do that. You at least can learn how to improve your gameplay by losing against frustrating matchups, better players and knowledge checks but you can't really benefit much by losing due to 5 second delays and stutters.
