I believe he is still the same player but change of system. At Maritzburg the team's system was made to accommodate him or made around him which gave him the freedom to roam around the pitch, express himself and also carry the ball forward (take more risks) but at Pirates he has to fit into a different system that takes away alot of his qualities. A very big example of this is, I've seen him playing games were he had to play as a lock or defensive cover and also do more defensive work in general. Pirates also relies heavily on their wings and not their midfield. So as a Orlando Pirates fan, I would'nt say he is a flop but probably not using him to his strengths.
