Just after the darkest part of the night, there comes light. We all have to go through seasons of hardships and stress whether it be family, work or spiritual where we get to the point where feel we can't take any more. The key to defeating this lie is to counter it with truth. Even though our emotions of stress, nervous tension, anger, frustion anger and circumstances tell us remember God promises us that "My grace is sufficient for you" 2 Corinthians 12:9. Therefore we do not lose heart...for our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal globe that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is seen. ( our current situation) is temporary, but what is unseen ( the glory that awaits us) is eternal 2 Corinthians 4:16-18
