I think I know exactly how they do this. How they get the animations: Animations are likely in the game's ReplicatedStorage, which contains files that can be accessed on both the client and server. They likely use exploits to either check the inventory of yielding arts, or somehow get access to the IDs within ReplicatedStorage. How they "play" the animations ingame: Exploits. They replace the animation on the client. Once again, Animations are either stored in ReplicatedStorage or the "Tools" the game use. Yes... Tools. TSB Uses tools. Or at least it used to. That's my best guess on how people do this. Kinda sucks since the only reason this can happen is because Roblox allows anyone to download the asset(s). Even though you can't buy animations.

2:42 actually, the animation for head first DID come with the movement, but the leak shown was an early version. they are using exploits to use the anims in the real tsb, and also using exploits to change their leaderboard gui making it SEEM like they are the developer.

they probably just are able to find these ids through an extension or something and they can use the id to see if it is in the game to use them. In the game there are probably hidden and disabled things that dont work until they are enabled and released. These guys probably just enable them for them to work and record themselves using them. if it looks like its in the real game, maybe cuz it is..... Or if sbg has a testing server for the developers that they somehow have access to and are able to play. Maybe they found that considering they have all the animations and stuff, wont be hard to find a secret game testing server.

It's actually quite easy to steal animation through decompile. Alot of people have been doing this to steal a games assets. Decompiling can get you vfx, animation. They probably just compromise on the combat script by scripting it themselves

I dont think they did this with this game but before it was easy for anyone to attach exploits to the roblox client and download all animations and effects and import them to their own, as long as they are loaded in the game (via an animation ID, image ID and sound ID. Everything that has an ID, and exploits still exist, it can be stolen effortlessly. This is why you can find animation and map copies of any game, but not scripts, cause they dont have IDs.

There’s software where you can “dex” games aka save the games assets and open it under your own studio, these guys seem to be saving TSB and since the game doesn’t have a separate test place they can get it easily. They would save the game go into that specific characters folder and copy the animation id paste in Roblox and view the animations. It’s really simple.
