@@DaffyTheDuck42029 pvp meta is an entirely different thing. Snow, Love, and Gate are the best; Ope + Kioru v2 is limited by air borne pvp, but it’s still really good. Ope is better than Quake in pvp.

The reason ope and kioru is the best build for hard raid is because the dmg is constant, very safe and has very low risk attcks with 2 extra dodge moves.
