It was obvious that an average guy who is multiple times weaker than them could no way lift that log. This is quite dangerous you could injure yourself easily to lift heavy without being used to it.

That rig is awful, all 4 men are several inches different in height, no wonder Brian(the tallest) was the only one who looked to be able to lift it without sliding it. Everyone else would have had to stretch on their tip toes and that's completely unreasonable no matter how strong you are.

Oby and Brian are only 1" apart, Nick and Eddie are only 1" apart, but the two pairs are about 5.5" apart. Any rig that doesn't adjust isn't going to work for everyone.

Who designed this? As some other people already mentioned, the rack is too high. Also, with something that can easily roll like a log, the way they have the rope looped around it is causing the guys to roll it forward into them making balancing and controlling it much harder. The handles are also too long, creating a longer moment arm for balancing as well. The rope should have been anchored around the log with the handles pinned at their base and coming off it at a perpendicular angle, as well as being shorter so the hands are closer to a front rack position.

Also there should be a stopper on the end. The way it is now if that log decides to roll forward at the end it will cut the man carrying it in half as it falls from the rack. But it did not happen so maybe i am just overthinking this.

They go by the worlds strongest man competition which is rarely the same person all the time people get old or injured during brain shaw is I believe only person to win several in a row and tied for the most won ever and would've broke record if didn't get seriously injured during on this years strongest man. Each these guys here either won strong or have an all time record in a certain lift giving them the strongest man title

Mister008Gaming He did not. Big Z is the greatest strongman that ever lived. Eddie Hall is the strongest man that ever lived. Louis was a circus performer with many fake lifts and props. Paul was incredibly strong but also had many inflated and exaggerated lifts. Even in this show they estimated his “1,100” pound squat was actually about 700 pounds.

Them having to stabilize with the ropes is actually pulling down on the log, so they are actually adding more weight to the log equal to the force they are exerting down on those ropes.
