devs need to fix this no one can build a barak outside his teritory they're messing up the game

We don't like this decision too much because there's not logical explanation to it. We actually already have one of this kind, which is, you can't build a Castle too close to the Gold Mine. But it at least feels natural to the most RTS players. And not being able to make a building anywhere you like, if it doesn't require some creep, pylon energy, etc, does not feels natural.
