Then later on we also find out that Moreau has an Italian name (which probably puts him somewhere in Northern Italy at the border with France maybe, or Switzerland) whilst Mihai is a Romanian/Eastern European name so that can't be either.

Even tho killing off everything doesn't make sense because for their rituals it's the same as food source you need to reproduce it so you can have a infinite source of it. And they being so big means they are genetically altered to grow bigger because some people there are big too... So it's food and ritual substance. Sure some animals can grow huge in nature but that is only if they are free in an spaceous nevironement, with plenty of nutricious food source and without a predator around. Considering how cramped everything is in this game's environment like actual midgets live there and not people, and doesn't seem like there is too much proper nutricious food for them, those goats would never naturally grow bigger then a domesticated goat.

There's a note in the artwork extra's saying that Donna's parents threw themselves off the waterfall after a family tragedy, which could be their nine year old's daughters death, thus leaving Donna as the sole heir and with no adults to talk to, leaving her developmentally stunted. Sadly none of this really gets explained in the game, you kinda have to thread it together yourself

@@ginster458 This is based on notes you find in-game and some Googling. Donna was already stricken with mental illness long before Miranda took her in and implanted the Cadou. She saw every one in her family die or kill themselves. Angie and the gardener were the only company she had. Once Miranda gave her the Cadou, it only aggravated her already fragile psyche and she projected that onto Angie. She replicated the Cadou and implanted it into the dolls, as well as control the plants infected with the mold. Which was how she found out and used the hallucinogenic flowers on Ethan. She most likely thought it was poetic that the hallucinations she induced were of lost loved ones.

Right? I was apprehensive of RE7 when it first came out, given how RE6 was. But after playing it and seeing the bigger picture they set up, Capcom had me hooked on their shit again. They introduced a few companies competing with Umbrella in previous games, but The Connections actually making progress and having overtaken them in Bio-Weapon manufacturing is such a nice plot to go on. The Connections arc might conclude in the ninth game, and I am hyped as all hell!

Just a speculation: Moreu said Miranda is using Rose to get her own daughter back. And since the 4 lords are reminiscent to the storybook at the beginning I'm guessing Mother Miranda is the mother whose daughter got imprisoned in the mirror. Also, I love the Duke so much.

If you need more fish you can go back to where you fought the giant fish boss. There's a couple of areas there with catfish that are worth 2 fish a piece, I believe. Also, I'd recommend going back to the burned up house to see what beast was making all that noise, maybe you can get him to stop being soo noisy.

If you look at the names of the subjects from the documents you picked up at 01:08:18, it describes 3 familiar individuals. Their surname initial is the giveaway. As for the blinding image at 01:05:52, along with the other previous flashes of images shown whenever you pick up a flask, those were Rose's memories. One such image was Mother Miranda, right after Chris's convoy was attacked. And in this one, she sees all 4 lords crowding over her, after she was taken in.

Too late to say now but the remaining fish I believe were all in Moreau’s section. That area you thought you needed to go to before the hut(the Chris cutscene), I did that in my first playthrough and I assume most others did as well. There’s also a crystal down there. The remaining fish were over by where you the boat for the first time. That treasure box you wondered about was also that way after you drain the water and fight Moreau. The fish in Moreau’s section are not only super easy to miss, but they are hidden in the water. They’re catfish and don’t really show themselves like the other ones.

Having so much fun watching your playthroughs of RE games. This is coming from someone who usually doesn't watch commentary playthroughs.
