Verse in 2:00 refers to the prophet (pbuh) telling the people that Ali ibn Talib takes his place after his death, this was the last message he had to deliver to complete his duty. This was after his farewell pilgrimage, he gathered the people in Ghadir Khum and said his well known speech "I am worthier of believers than themselves. Of whomsoever I am his leader, Ali here is to be his leader. O Allah, be a supporter of whoever supports him (Ali) and an enemy of whoever opposes him, and divert the Truth to Ali."
