Love this model of beamline I run this exact model at work. (Edit 3/8/17) I've got some questions what speed are you running the axx carriage and what speed is the saw cutting set at and what brand saw is being used I'd like to know please. Just so I know if I can run my machine more efficiently

darcy ashby hello. I run endeaovur dd model at work, once inside vices i always run axx at 100%, saw also at 100% (after 20 hours of saw life i reduce to 95-90%, depends if the cut is straight), can easily make 45-50h with one blade...saw cutting speed according to profile thickness

@@2str0k3r in my work place we run saw model DZB always 100% and sometimes 110% or even 130% if you blade support rolls are ok it does not bend the blade and it can take up to 30-40h
