Hey, i totally understand your situation- heck i didn't even know i was moving schools until two weeks after school started. Trust me, people will know you are new hahah. Word will get around, and people will notice you. If your anxiety really affects your daily life, I really suggest talking with your counsellor. I found that when I was going through a time at my new school where I felt so misplaced and simply uncomfortable, having someone trusting to talk to definitely eased my mind, and my counsellor gave really really great advice. Think of moving schools as the opportunity to be a better you. Nobody knows your past, you're literally a mystery- no one has to know you get really nervous in social settings. I used to feel that way as well, but no one at my school knew since I pretended to be outgoing and started talking to the people in my classes and surprisingly, people saw me as an extrovert. (:

I'm going into 6th, Our school has 183 kids... In my school since it's small, everyone notices a new kid, I always cross my fingers that there's a new kid that year, But, Just be yourself, If you get nervous, that's normal, Maybe try and make some friends before school starts Maybe? If you have already started, I hope it went well!!!

A tip for anyone changing schools, just FAKE IT UNTIL YOU MAKE IT. I don’t mean be nasty, but if you are feeling horrible and want to cry, put on a bright smile on the outside and curse everyone inside. Also, make sure you meet people vibes. Ask yourself, do I meet this persons vibe? No one wants to hang out with someone who doesn’t talk and looks like they are going to burst into tears. Bringing this point back to my first, just fake it. No one has to know, and soon enough you will have lots of lovely friends ❤ Good luck!

Confidence is key for starting a new school and if your not the most confident just fake it till you make it. Also don’t be afraid to talk, nobody knows much about you and it’s a good first impression If your socializing. Just be you and don’t hide your humor, and try to be positive because people are more attracted to happy people.

I went to one school my entire life except when I moved in first grade and came back two months later. Next school year I'm starting I'm a new school as a Somphoree and it's two towns over I'm freaking out. At least I have 5 sisters to get through with. My parents say its way smaller than the school I'm in now. But I'm going to miss my buddies

I’m going into 7th grade next year and I’m sooo scared because my school is kindergarten-6th grade, so I will be going to a total different school.
