Rock 'n' Roll my friends! I've been a big fan of The Struts since I discovered their debut record "Everybody Wants". For me, they have the exact presence I'm looking for when I'm watching a great rock band -- IN YOUR FACE charisma. My 9 year old daughter is learning to play this song on drums (she loves The Struts too) and this video is really inspiring! She'd like to know how long it took you to figure out all the parts. :)

That is awesome! I've been playing drums for over a decade so it's a bit easier for me to learn by ear & even improv my own parts that work with the music. My advice would be to start off by simplifying the groove. Get comfortable playing a simple beat over the WHOLE song & little by little, try to pickup different/more subtle parts. Rock on 🤘
