WOW! So many tremendous moments to comment on. This Dailyvee was literally a BIZ/LIFE 2.0 advance course!! The last part ... the conversation you had with James Cole left me speechless. You finally articulated what I've been feeling since I read CRUSH IT back in 2009 and can even trace the feelings before 09'. It's a lifetime contract most people are not willing/capable of signing up for (nor should they). Even though I cannot report super CRUSH IT BIZ STATUS (yet) I can tell you my life and its trajectory is 1000% because of the catalyst named GARY VAYNERCHUK/CRUSH IT. I'm happy to tell your crew in detail just how CRUSH IT completely changed my life. I will say that reading CRUSH IT version 2009 now in 2016 doesn't have the same power as it did reading it in 2009. You were way ahead of the times G! CRUSH IT shifted mindset and forced anyone reading it in 2009 to think differently and recalibrate the what, why and how we were doing our "work". CRUSH IT wasn't just about doing work you love or out-caring your competition. CRUSH IT was and is a sobering look in the mirror forcing you to answer ... "how are you going to do the passionate work you do in a way that is relevant, VALUABLE and dynamic to capture people's attention in 2016, 2017, 2022, 2036, 2045 and beyond?" *2nd favorite part was seeing GG and hearing Brandon's voice in the same shot ... 33:25❤️ *POWERFUL EPISODE G&D😍

definitely practical advice to use in my small tire business based out of South Florida. Great content for the video length, ETC Tires family owned and operated my father started it and I've been operating for going on 3 years due to dad's health. Gary vee you gave me the hope and believe that I'm able to pursue the entrepreneurial lifestyle while at time before taking over the business I was let go from a job of 6 years in telecommunications sales while being a husband of 2 kids in a home I took the leap of faith to give business ownership a try with no plan B and eventually it's all working out. I would also mentioned just finished listening to the audio version of the ask Gary vee book definitely drop some gems I'm going to listen to it again, much appreciate what you do and showing the non fluffy shit of business because business can be boring but the building process is what I'm in love with putting out fires everyday the grind,the hustle and the long term goal I'm after I'm enjoying the journey as a young business owner.

@ruggeddiamond718 жыл бұрын
Is there really such a thing as bombing? Gary will remember this guy and if he doesn't, a couple clues will get him there. So while that guy didn't succeed on spot, at least he's on the radar, and now, if he stays with it, just needs to keep climbing the ladder... but he's on Gary's radar. I'd rather bomb the first time I meet someone like Gary and build my way back up, then not have a chance at all. To me, the dude succeeded, he got his 2 minutes and is on the radar. How awesome is that.

BEST. DAILYVEE. EVER!! (And I've watched them all) I knew you worked hard and previous dailyvee showed it already but maaaan, that day was packed! It was great to see so much details of it. That discussion with James at the end was deep!! And the mentalist was really insane.

So I've read Crush it and it definitely helped me build my businesses, but what it really did for me was it helped me to understand what I'm actually passionate about (I think that's related to having a successful business and a happy life). I don't remember what page this was on but Gary basically said he'd stay up until 3 am talking to people online about wine and that's what helped him with Wine Library. This might not sound that impressive but it really taught me to give, give, and then give some more and then people will eventually return the favour. Since I started doing that I have quit my retail job, started to travel the full time without paying for accommodation, launched a successful travel website that funds my lifestlye, launched another website, wrote 2 books, worked with multimillion dollar travel related businesses, got engaged and things just work out as long as I stick to this philosophy. Anyways, just wanted to say thanks Gary and keep crushing it!

***** Not to forget that he is advocating extreme ego to balance the humility. 1:15:32 Had been following Garry for a very very long time but this video has slipped and this conversation is something that I came to realize but was never sure if it was true or not about the actual effort and mindset and I know for the fact that I completely understand Gary on almost all aspects and as incredible as it might be, I'm not sure if I'm willing to go there fully. Sometimes i get, not emotional, but a feeling of a responsibility / guilt/ pressure every time Gary goes that deep because I get surprised that someone thinks like that which is exactly how I see it so I know IT IS the truth which excites the shit out of me, but scares me at the same time of the insanity of it. At least for now, looking in the future things might change and they will because as I opened my eyes other people will too. It just is breathtaking to see something like that. The desire to spend time around this man is insane, but cannot be thankful enough for this content as it has changed my life.

This video was GOLD. The whole thing was a takeaway. Towards the end, I love how well this encompassed the feeling that all of us crazy entrepreneurs have. There is always that one breaking moment for all of us where we are stuck at a cross roads. The true moment of crossing over into entrepreneurship from our comfortably sane life. When doing nothing isn't enough anymore and doing something seems like a risk of too much. Everyone says you shouldn't but you want it more than anything. It's the drive and motivation that an entrepreneur lives on. The risk of failure is what makes us work harder. The lack of greed that makes us work longer and impossible goals that make even the biggest failure a success. #AskGaryVee Gary send me YOUR resume. I'm building my company until YOU want to be hired! Or until I have $2,750M to buy the jets first! My good friend is already Brandon Marshall's brother, so we got one on the team, and if you ask me he's the glue lol. #GaryVee #Jets #Resume Keep on producing awesome content and best wishes to you and yours!

Loved at 10:33 when Tyler admits "Hey thats my fuck up, on me." and Gary responds with honey, slight bit of vinegar to reemphasize the importance of attention to detail, and then honey at the end with coaching and love. THATS AN HR DRIVEN CEO!! Thats love and mentorship. Tyler, I know it sounds cliche that you should always tell the truth but its human nature to try and not take the blame for something and even when you are working the calendar of one of the most influencial CEO's it can still be scary but you handled that with character. I love seeing people in a point where its there fault and they just fall on the sword because its the right thing to do. =]

At 24 years old I never thought I would be the owner and operator of a business...well I knew I would, but it was a matter of getting my head on straight and going all in. The meet and greet with employees was super impressive..this episode was my favorite one thus far. Working in corporate America and comparing my own experience with all of the free "behind the scenes" content on this channel is crazy. It's not necessarily a negative thing but I firmly believe we are over automating things and embracing PEOPLE and individual TALENT is lacking within corporate culture. Gary has mentioned this a few times and it's inspiring as hell. Love the content Gary.
