Quod est superius est sicut quod inferius, et quod inferius est sicut quod est superius.
Hello again,
Proverbs 28:13
When do men become evil?
Is there a specific time or place this happens?
Does it happen when you're an adult?
Are we born sinners?
Does it occur when we commit an act so Heinous that we are branded as evil, by our peers or higher ups?
If so, how evil does the act have to be to be known as evil?
Or does it start by the time we comprehend right from wrong.
So a toddler that knows not to steal a candy commits an evil act?
This makes them evil?
This vileness is in our blood.
All the way back to our first ascendants.
You often hear evil is in the eyes.
Evil eyes.
What is evil?
People think of evil and connect them to people such as the Charles Mansons, and the Hitlers.
Charles Manson was a sad confused homeless drug addict that was good with words. He was brash and unapologetic. He twisted truths and believed in lies. His whole life he was abused and abandoned. A lost soul who hardened his heart so much, he blocked it from empathy and truth. A man so tired of being alone he manipulated people around him so he would be validated and get whatever he wanted. It's all he ever knew. He was a mentally ill man falling down and bringing people down with him. That's not evil, that's callous.
Adolf Hitler started off as a prisoner convicted of treason. He spent 264 days in Landsberg. Yet he still grew to power. A mentally ill man that bathed excessively and took methamphetamines to battle his schizoaffective disorder symptoms. It was not evil that drove him or the country he controlled. It was fear. All fearful of things they couldn't control or understand. So when you give power to a man who thinks they understand everything but is ruled by fear, all things will be ruled by fear. That's not evil, that's stupidity and fear.
You see someone commit an evil deed and label them as they are the embodiment of evil.
You mistake mentally ill, manic, fearful, indurate, stupid, humans as evil.
You would mistakenly say that evil is subjective and what is right is what you dictate.
These things are not evil.
Evil is evil.
Evil is not an ugly face or the color of blood.
Evil is not loud and confrontational.
Evil is silent and patient, completely unrelenting.
Evil is friendly and comforting.
Evil can give you pleasure you never thought possible.
It is said that Lucifer was the most beautiful angel.
Evil is attractive and alluring.
All of your mind and body will gravitate to evil.
To the highest of highs to the lowest of lows, evil will remain evil.
Though being good is not simply rejecting evil.
You need more.
Evil is more than you can possibly comprehend.
Did you ever consider that, no matter how much of history you know, how many super villains you read about, no matter how many horror movies or crime shows you watch, that you have no idea what you are dealing with.
Why would you?
You have no idea what lives in the dark.
You might even think you live there.
You can not fathom life without light.
Real evil is invisible, unbelievably accurate.
A master of camouflage.
It lives behind the mask of humanity.
The humanity where there is no reason, no understanding, no good or evil, right or wrong, life or death, behind the apathy of human suffering, of human eyes.
Lurking and waiting to shed its mask.
So true evil can thrive in the darkness.
To thrive in hate.
Evil is evil.
See you soon.
