We must never, ever, forget the genius, of the late Thom Bell, and Linda Creed, who wrote this heart felt song. Growing up in Philly, not far from where it was recorded, I first heard it decades ago, on WDAS. And since that time, I've put my heart in my hand many many times, and found love did in fact, come easy. Thank you Linda and Thom. I'm at it again with no doubt, that your simple formula, will help me find love at 68, one more time. Rest in peace.

The Legendary Thom Bell May He Rest In Power. This song should have been released as a single and it would've been a classic. I listened to this album as a kid and thought it was a masterpiece then and I still feel this way 47 yrs later.... One of the best❤❤❤❤❤

Such beautiful songs on the albums that didn't make the top hits because they weren't released as a single. This is one of them. Beautiful job Russell Thompkins Jr. You could sing a road map and it would have ladies swooning....and men wishing they could sing like you...and they tried . I don't think you ever recorded a bad song in the over 300 you recorded. Legendary Russell!!!! Keep it up. 🎶🎤🎶

WHAT AN UNBELIEVABLY BEAUTIFUL SONG - LIKE WHAT SEEMS TO BE ALL OF TOM BELL AND LINDA CREED'S (R.I.P.) SONGS! Linda Creed is still my all time favorite female songwriter! I loved me some Linda Creed! It broke my heart when she died. I was 5 yrs. old when this came out and I remember (I have a photographic memory, so I remember things - even going back to when I was 5 yrs. old like it yesterday - bouncing around every time I heard it! SIDE NOTE: I'm still bouncing around every time I hear it!

Another masterpiece from the pen of Thom Bell and Linda Creed❤ indeed it can and as you grow older as you find yourself at a crossroads the choices you make are so often governed by the circumstances of others you fall for who can never be yours. I'm now 69 and as life becomes more complicated so what's around is equally so. It's all about happiness and the love you share what you can and what you can't what you have and what you don't. It's all about contentment and havin your soulmate by your side. That can sometimes take a lifetime to find. Those that do are luckier than they'll probably ever know....for sure love comes easy.....looking for the right one....now there's the prize💞Soulkev 🧭🧵
