Every source I find says that spades is air and clubs is fire and it makes sense but I could be missing something. What are you thoughts about it

I’ve read several different variations of the elements. Some associate clubs with fire and spades with air. (mostly when using playing cards for tarot) I disagree with that interpretation from an astrological standpoint which this system is based upon. The club cards in this system represent mental qualities as do the air (gemini, libra, aquarius) signs in astrology and the swords in tarot. Traditional astrology beautifully points this out as it is not so much what the elements rule, but the quality they posses that really determines their influence and the areas they govern.

Your videos are great! As a great fan of Vedic astrology I would associate fire with hearts and water with spades. The brahmin caste in Hinduism is related to the element of water and, as you probably know, Brahmins were sages and teachers - the wisest of people, which suits spades very well. And fire goes better with starting things: zodiac starts with a fire sign; you said yourself that they are very driven and passionate. 2 cents from a restless club ...

Good question and I plan on making a video on the differences and similarities. Playing cards actually predate tarot by a few centuries however noone really can trace its origin. They were used for divination purposes before tarot was even created. Its speculated that they eventually became used for games to hide the truth. The biggest difference between the two is that this system is mathematical, there is no shuffling required. Actually i don’t even need physical cards to do a reading. The cards that are dealt for you each year are already known and are timed based upon the day you were born. I offer one year card predictions (with dates) on my site for any age requested.

Sólo espero que me puedas ayudar en esta consulta que te quiero hacer. ¡Te explico el asunto!: Vi en un video acá en KZbin (video en español) que hablaban sobre las cartas de la Baraja Francesa o Baraja Inglesa y ahí estaban explicando que... *cada una de las 52 cartas que conforman el mazo de la Baraja Francesa representan a cada una de las 52 semanas que conforman 1 año* y en el video ellos daban un único dato: *El As de Picas (espadas) representa a la primera semana del invierno,* es decir, *los primeros 7 días desde que el invierno comienza en el Solsticio de Invierno el 21 de diciembre.* Ese es el único dato con el que yo cuento. En ese video también se hace mención de que cada uno de los cuatros palos de la Baraja Francesa (corazones, tréboles, diamantes y picas) representan a *las 4 Estaciones del Año: Primavera, verano, otoño e invierno* . Ahora bien, te pregunto yo: *(1)* Si el palo de Picas representa a la estación del Invierno, entonces, ¿Los otros palos restantes (corazones, tréboles y diamantes) a qué estaciones del año representan?. *(2)* Si la carta de *El AS de Picas* representa los 7 primeros días a partir del _Solsticio de Invierno_ el 21 de Diciembre, entonces, una persona que haya nacido por ejemplo el 06 de diciembre de 1971 *¿Qué carta de la Baraja Francesa representa esa semana a la que pertenece el día 06 de Diciembre?.* *(3)* Por último, si yo tengo frente a mi dos mazos de cartas, uno de la _Baraja Francesa_ y el otro es de la _Baraja Inglesa_ *¿Cómo yo hago para saber cuál es cuál?* *¿Qué diferencias básicas hay entre un mazo y otro?* . ¡¡Muchísimas gracias!!.
