This is a great video, also great to hear that 2016 was a great year for America! Lets just say that Pokemon GO was viewed more as a great distraction with love for Pokemon in Europe... but that is because of: * ISIS threatning Europe and doing terrorist attacks in France, Belgium and Germany * Giant migrant wave * General wonder about the U.S election and who would lead America and the steer the world economy and make decisions on the Syrian Civil War causing the migrant crisis * Rising Islamophobia due to the terrorist attacks * People being more pro-right and more active which enfused the early days cancel culture * Brexit and what that would mean for EU and the european community as a whole I do not look back at the summer of 2016 with rose colored glasses, however it was the last year I could count my worries for the future on one hand until this year 2023... P.S. Yes we share the same gen and I appreate that you reviewed this year while there still some memory of it! P.P.S 2023 has so far been the calmest year, although it is not calm, but still, the calmest year since 2016

all such great points. I think my sentiment comes from that summer being a summer of so many firsts for me in terms of the freedoms that come along with coming into adulthood but still not having the full responsibilities of an actual adult if that makes sense
