lol yeah this final 4 is really bland. If Nick and Therron didn't cry about heights so much I might root for them. If Punkin wasn't so bland I would root for her. If Jeanie was more relevant I would root for her but I will root for her anyway. I hope it stays like the Australian version and everyone can get SOME money. Nick probably deserves the money for pulling off the best blindside by far.

I feel better about who is left now that the toxicity is gone. There were so many crazy eliminations and choices before this that didn't make sense at the hands of Becky Lee. I have to say, I am really rooting for Jeannie. She's doing great and laying low and minding her business lol. I wish she wouldn't downplay herself with the age and Trader Joe's jokes.

Im so happy punkin made it thru! I think she could have had the F3 with becky lee and therron but there was really no way to be sure she could trust becky lee. I think they did the right thing. Even tho becky lee had to lie to someone! And i think she was really trying to get nick out ... She shouldve told punkin before that she has to lie to nick but she didnt think punkin would go to the source i guess. And then they both knew neither one could trust Becky lee so it all unraveled. She almost played them all!

The only reason I've been watching show is to see Beckylee go. She's been a snake in the grass from day one and she seemed to go week after week without notice. Her begging to stay made this whole season worth it.

Manu is adding fantasy to this show. Brutal cold, no hat, no face mask, no red face or goggles on this unforgiving mountain. But it's a show, and betrayal among those you trust the most.

For me this episode was an hour and it was by far the best. I think CBS should make Season 2 as 1 hour each. Just my opinion and a total pipe dream because they make more money on longer eps.

The show in episode 9 of 10 finally reveals there’s a jury vote at the end. I guess it’s supposed to be a surprise for the folks who reach the top but why keep,the audience from knowing how the show is planned to end?

In my opinion, if anyone wins, it would probably be Jeannie. In terms of getting the "eliminated contestants" votes, she is probably the most popular of the remaining 4. Dennis, Patti, and maybe a few others would vote for her to win...

I was sooo happy to see becky lee go. She had such a snotty attitude! It is also obvious that she show sets up these challenges to make them easier to do. What really bothers me is that at the beginning they make it seem like as long as no one quits and they make it to the top in 14 days, they get the money. But, it was not fair on one of the episodes where the show had someone eliminated with their money.

I was glad to see Becky Lee go, but I think she’s very bitter and will sway the others on who to vote for. And, they all think Becky Lee is a nice wonderful person. I would love to know what they think now that they’re seeing how Deceitful and manipulative she was throughout the whole game.

I'm pretty sure I saw Bo in the finale preview. I was looking hard for Tony. He's the only one I didn't see. Amy has indicated that they had no idea what kind of a game show they were applying for.

@@RuddFoxx Very happy at her exit. But she made one huge mistake. Tell Punkin what you are doing BEFORE you toss her name out to Nick. Instead, Nick breaks the news to Punkin and she feels he's totally truthful, because that IS what happened. BeckyLee not only promised a vote for Punkin but volunteered to nominate her. For someone to be so smug about controlling the game, that sure was stupid.

Haven’t actually watched the episodes in a few weeks but have been following along with your coverage. To hear that Beckylee is out is really surprising considering for how long you’ve identified her as the one who was playing the best game. Sounds like she overplayed her hand and got stuck into a tough position. Lmao how does this show have a jury?! 😝 it seems like Dusty will be a part of it, so I hope to see Bo and Tony too lol. If they get a season 2 will they be climbing the same mountain? Because for as boring and repetitive as the challenges during this show have been idk how it would play out a second time haha. I like your suggestions of giving it stakes. You fall, autonom or at least a penalty like losing your vote or get a vote against you.

It’s interesting to compare this show to Survivor. Like even if you make the jury on Survivor, you only really affect the game if you vote for the person who wins. Letting the Summit jury vote to determine how the prize is split means that every vote really does matter

I haven't seen the AU version or read about it, this is just my total guess for the finale. In the next time on they focused a lot on those packs of money. They've been a theme throughout the season. I think all the eliminated players will have a pack, perhaps equal or maybe more for how long you lasted. Each player can only give their pack to one of the people who reached the summit. They will have to wrestle with the dilemma of giving it to somebody who hasn't received as many packs or just choosing who they think is most deserving. Could be interesting.

Yeah, I really don’t understand why Punkin wasn’t nominated, unless they’re only allowed to nominate two people. But then why did Manu ask if there were any more names? It makes no sense

maybe the producers explained to them all the rules and what happens when they get to the top. so we criticize themfor getting rid of Geoff, when they knew all along that they needed to get threats out. and the show didnt show them explaining the rules becuz they wanted it to be a surprise for the audience
