From 1999's "The Great Escape", originally recorded around 1988. I am not the owner of this song; my only intent is to give little-known artists (especially legendary Mark Burgess, who should be known to way more people than he is now) the exposure they ought to have.

I've never seen this album before? Had the extreme pleasure of catching the original Chameleons one time, then Birdie w/ others two more times. Nothing compares.

I was lucky to see Chameleons 3 times live. The sun & moon album great escape is definitely worth buying. Not got it myself. They hated the hacienda club👀

Saw the live Summer of '87 ( I think it was -- their album had just come out ) at the International Club in Manchester. Burgess's wife played a keyboard.

I had this 12” single and I only listened to this song, which was the B-side. I gave it away years ago when I weeded out my record collection and I’ve regretted it ever since.

This album is indeed hard to find. As far as I know, the Sun and the Moon had one self-titled album and two EPs (Peace in Our Time, Alive Not Dead). Imho the EPs actually had the strongest songs. This song for example was also first included on one of these EPs. The Great Escape, the cover of which you can see in the video, was a 1999 compilation, which featured the self-titled album as well as those two mentioned EPs.
