Harriet turns 58 this year. We likely will never hear from them again. But they shared their gifts with us for a short time and those memories and the music will stay with us forever. So funny, as this video is ending I feel the same as I did when I saw them live years ago and that show ended. A little sad but also a little happy to have heard them.

Just discovered this band today. Was familiar with how the story ends, but didn’t know of the band. Well well well. Looks like I’ve got some catching up to do. Unbelievable. Simply unbelievable. Sat and listened to the first 2 albums back to back and as a 31 year old man, pretty much bought me to tears. Fucking incredible.

Even after all these years i still find Harriet's vocals to be simultaneously dreamy, child-like, ethereal, fresh and innocent, full of melancholy, spine tingling. Whenever i hear her sing and the band accompanying her it often leaves me in awe. The Sundays were one of my favourite female fronted bands of that time. But there were so many bands with great or unusual female vocalists like: The Cardigans, The Cocteau Twins/This Mortal Coil, The Cranberries, Elastica, Everything But The Girl, The Fugees, Indigo Girls, Mazzy Star, Morcheeba, Portishead and The Sugarcubes etc. around at that time too. Many thanks for sharing. 👍🏽👌🏽

One of the best bands Britain has produced. Our Joni Mitchell I think. For me they are very English. The themes, a strange connectedness to the place but wanting to escape too. A kind of interest in the understated, of what goes unnoticed.

What adorable songs and an adorable singer. Harriet made everything better in life after hearing her and the amazing writing and chiming guitar sounds of the Sundays for me, it is all good and gets better with age. I hope they are proud and happy with their contribution to music. I Love the whole space they create.

I was at this concert! Was about 6th person deep to her right. I was with a girl named Tina...I can't remember her last name. Great concert. Still one of my favorite bands. I wished they made more music than just three albums, which are all great.

What a great memory for me, seeing them on this, their final tour. I flew up from LA to see them play at the Fillmore in SF, little did I know they would never tour again. This reminds me just how good of a band they were, and that Harriet is the platinum standard, a voice for the ages. 41:47 when she does that little yodeling part at the end of Finest Hour is sooo indescribably her. Kids these days are rediscovering all sorts of artists like Kate Bush, so I can only hope they stumble upon The Sundays and their 3 stunning records.
