Another Fun Fact: The last real non deluxe 2d Mario Game was New Super Luigi U, released on 19/6 2013. The Nintendo Direct were New Super Mario Bros Wonder got revealed was on 21/6 2023. Almost exactly 10 years later!

Heres a couple of tips in helping to dodge coins. 1. Dont bother avoiding flower coins. You need some in order to access the required stafed of later worlds. 2. If you feel like you are at a dead end, the ghost form in multiplayer can help you phase through the coins (provided you find a standee or player afterwards). You cannot be a ghost in the smaller stages though where death isnt an option

Difficulty wise, the start is so easy a 2 year old can do it. However, you will notice a change in difficulty when advancing to the later stages of the game. Seriously, the first time you play a level with 4 or 5 stars on it, you have to play like a pro or you will die. I’m not kidding

You can turn off the flowers but I suggest you keep them on and turn off the subtitles. The subtitles are more annoying than the voices. Also the flowers can help you find secrets.

This is a fantastic game. I thoroughly enjoyed achieving 100%. However, I'm not sure what the devs are going on about regarding difficulty. Other than a few of the special world levels, it didn't feel particularly challenging. And I don't say that in "I'm a gaming God" sorta way. I'm average at best with these games. Skilled players won't have much trouble at all.
