Here is an episode idea, Smash Golf: Make a large/long custom stage with a portal that acts as the hole. Each player gets a Kirby as their ball. The player to get a Kirby in the hole with the least amount of hits/moves/inputs wins the round!

Random character picks are great! A couple things I want to point out: 1. Whoever goes first or second doesn't really benefit either player since both dice rolls are independent. Maybe introduce a move draft where each player picks each others' moves, but the same moves can't be picked. 2. Losing stocks for misinputs or fumbled controls isn't exciting to watch, let alone experience. Loosen that rule up a bit so if it was an honest mistake and didn't directly affect the other player, losing a stock wouldn't be necessary.

I think it would be better if you took out up air and choice and either replaced them with side tilt and down tilt or just used a d4. Lots of characters have an up air that only hits above them so in a format like this, you just will never get a hit

QB with an Olimar ditto with 4 stocks. After you die one time you get no more Pikmin for stock 2, 3, and 4. So use your Pikmin wisely! First to four- Even if you win finish the rest of your matches. We like watching you two compete.

I have an idea for QB. Let RNG decide the character. You have to do a specific challenge/requirement in order to win the match, e.g. Olimar - Win without using Pikmin, Hero - Win without using special moves. Something that makes it harder or more interesting to get the win.

I'm gonna keep commenting this until it happens. Questionable Beef #25: Choose eachother's characters. Tell the other person who to play that round. And for extra fun? Designate a specific kill move before the match starts. If they don't take at least one stock using THAT move, the win doesn't count.

To clear up some questions I always get: Obviously they won't pick "You gotta kill with Fox laser"... They'll pick legitimate kill moves that might just be situational, tricky, or will otherwise give them an advantage. Might pick something like Rest as their opponent's kill move, knowing if it misses it leads to an easy win, or Ganon up-tilt for how open it leaves them. I'm sure they'll come up with less obvious, and more entertaining, ideas than I could though! Great suggestion from a previous iteration of this comment: Play on Timed rather than Stock, game ends as soon as you get one kill with your designated kill move, regardless of score up to that point. If neither kills with their kill move, defer to score.

They should roll multiple dice though, one for each move type maybe, or roll a dice and whatever direction u get u is the only move types you can use, like up air up tilt up b et cetera

So either: Case 1: 1 Dice per move type One roll for tilt attacks (Jab counts as "Neutral Tilt") One roll for aerials One roll for Specials (So no recovery if you don't get Up-B) One roll for Smash attacks? No neutral Smash so... Maybe not. (Imagine getting a swordie F-Smash. Brrr...) Case 2: Only one roll, selects the direction of the attack: 1 is Neutral Air, Neutral Special and Jab. 2 is Up Air, Up-B and Up Tilt. 3 is Forward Air, Forward Special and Forward Tilt. 4 is Back Air, and Back Special if the character has one (ahem, Terry and maybe Min-Min) or B-Reverse Forward Special otherwise. 4 is evil. 5 is Down Air, Down-B and Down Tilt. 6, you choose the direction.
