Hey Wisp, if ur still wondering about the hard wood that you could only break with ur pickaxe, its becasue it wsa petrified wood. Petrified wood slabs are basically the same as normal slabs, except you have to break it with a pickaxe and not an axe. Its basically a stone slab that was reskinned. You can only get it with commands.
