Brilliant and informative video - I am unfortunately in a position where I may have to go down this route (within 30days). The finance company have said, however, that if I offer the dealership the opportunity to repair the vehicle that I will waive my right to reject? Is this correct? Surely I’m being fairer to them to offer them the chance to put it right before I reject? Many thanks

Bought a 2017 640d end of feb Engine went week and a half ago. Gathering all necessary reports right now before sending off to the finance company. Any further tips ? Waited til my 25th birthday to finally be able to rest myself to a nice car and had nothing but issues

had final decision from finance company and they did not accept my rejection of a 3 day old used car i purchased contacted the fca which could take 6 months

I bought a car a week ago on PCP, within the journey home, the vehicle went into restricted mode and wouldn’t pick up any revs and struggled to pick up speed. I’ve had a rough time trying to get the dealership to pick up the car, I’ve contacted the finance company who’ve contacted the dealership to inform them of the unwind. The car dealership have lied to me, lied to the finance company and also added more money onto the price of the car and included warranty and not told the finance company, then when I got there gave me a £350 check as they’ve overcharged. They’re been obstructive and failing to comply with collecting the vehicle. It’s causing me some massive stress, anyone know what I can do next?

That 8week time, does that include over weekends, Christmas & new year or staff handling my case annual leave? Been 9 weeks now and been told they’re still working on it and will contact me in next 3weeks.

My wife was sold a proven faulty dangerous car on finance. Told them she wanted out of the agreement. They picked the car up and now have a interim charging order on our house. My wife was an NHS worker at the time working through the pandemic and the carer for our autistic son. No money no time so we're screwed. Cos who's gunna help???? 🤷
