It has been well documented that the backing singers on the song Reflections were Mary Wilson and Marlene Barrow. The song was recorded in mid-1967 at the time Florence was having major personal issues and missing several engagements with the Supremes. She was fired on 1st July 67. Marlene Barrow was one of the three female singers in the Motown backing group The Andantes and it seems obvious that she stepped in on several occasions due to Florence's personal situation.
