I think I found some more lore: The surgeon has a broken arm, but so did the baker. The baker was selling the "specialty" bread, which was just bread with Bob's blood, but one doctor used a Bob's blood, and doctors sometimes use science. So I was thinking that the baker and the surgeon were the same person.
