Wonderfully explained! I have lower lip weakness on my left side and one side of my jaw is more prominent than the other. These procedures and treatments give me hope of getting the chance to smile more. Thank you for educating us on this complex topic

When he said he wants the muscles in the face to work independently of each other and not mass motion that’s when I know this guy knows what I am feeling in my face. The other supporting muscles move the face in a mass but the delicate details of the curl in the smile is gone and the face feels heavy on that side I don’t like the way it feels. It makes me frustrated and angry

How do I find out if this is considered cosmetic surgery? I had Bell’s palsy and my right side of my face lost muscle and the skin just lays there and sags. I tried exercises but it’s just the weight of the face that is not able to move because the muscle is so weak.
