@@DrTazMD Yes! From the stuff I learned from you and a few herbalist classes that I have taken my periods are much lighter. I still have some work to do but it is a lot better than it was.

👊🏼 One last thing I know Testosterone and Vitamin D levels mirror each other, from my experience seeing doctors over the years they are quick to recommend TRT and not test for Low Vit D.

You're absolutely right! Vitamin D plays a key role in supporting testosterone levels, and it's often overlooked.

Yes doctor you’re right! My doctor, who was such a caring beautiful person, told me about vitamin D and it’s beneficial to your health. 🥰❤️🙏🏻

This was an awesome video! I’ve watched and read my fair share on vitamin D and you pointed out things that I’ve never seen pointed out before. You explained it so well. I’m vitamin D deficient severely. My lowest was a 6. My problem with supplementation is that I often experience side effects. I do have untreated H pylori and suffer with GERD and constipation. Maybe even Candida. The symptoms I get are muscle spasms in my chest and sometimes it feels like I have increased anxiety. Not sure what to do.

Thanks for this video Dr. Taz. I wonder if taking Vitamin D can cause or trigger acne?

😇 *I have a question about Vitamin D, Say for example someone is 200lbs and 50% bodyfat versus 200lbs 15% bodyfat and take 3000 iu Vit D, do they have equal Vit D levels? I notice no calculator has this aspect to estimate.* *I recently got tested and I hope to find this answer I hope my dminder app is accurate.* *Thank you!*

Great question! Vitamin D levels can be impacted by body fat because fat stores can absorb and reduce circulating vitamin D. So someone with higher body fat may need more vitamin D to reach optimal levels.
