Thank you for your comment! You’re absolutely right-nitric oxide (NO) plays a vital role in proper erectile function in men. By improving blood flow and relaxing blood vessels, NO is crucial for achieving and maintaining healthy circulation, which directly impacts erectile health. That’s why incorporating nitric oxide-boosting foods, like those mentioned in the video, can support not just cardiovascular health but also sexual health. Thanks for highlighting this important point! 😊

1 gram was the lethal dose taken intentionally by a slight-built dental assistant. 1 gram to 2.5 grams is considered the lethal range, depending on body mass.

Followed from a post that PH patients could benefit so well. This was like a commercial for it and was waiting on the cons. I can see machine screwing up, or me hitting wrong button and lites out for good.

Thank you for your comment and for bringing up an important perspective regarding dosage and safety. While nitric oxide (NO) itself is naturally produced in the body, substances or supplements that influence NO levels, such as nitrates or other compounds, should always be used responsibly and in moderation. It's crucial to understand that dosage can vary greatly depending on the source of nitric oxide (e.g., from food vs. supplements) and individual factors like body mass and health conditions. If you're considering supplements or any substances to boost NO levels, it's always best to consult with a healthcare professional to ensure safety. For a natural approach, focusing on nitric oxide-boosting foods like leafy greens, beets, and watermelon (as mentioned in the video) is a safer and effective way to support your body's NO production. Thank you for highlighting this important aspect, and if you have further questions or insights, feel free to share! 😊

Great question! While nitric oxide (NO) is technically a free radical, it’s a unique one. Unlike many free radicals that can cause oxidative damage in excess, nitric oxide plays a crucial role in the body when produced at healthy levels. It helps regulate blood flow, relax blood vessels, and support overall cardiovascular health. The key is balance-your body naturally produces nitric oxide as part of normal functions, and incorporating foods that support nitric oxide production (like the ones mentioned in the video) helps maintain those healthy levels. Thanks for engaging with the topic! 😊
