Did this same walk from Rio to Bellagio in Oct, in about 30 mins with a cast . just didn't like the curve, alot of homeless people there.

I’ve walked this twice when they stopped the free shuttle bus services from the Balleys and Harrahs Casino . Now I’ve learned which bus to catch . I’m miss Rio carnival buffet .

I'm going back a long time (1990's), but I did that walk when there was no sidewalk for much of it. That was probably not safe considering all the traffic. At least now there's a sidewalk, but I wouldn't recommend it during the day in July when it's 115 outside. That could be the march of death. :/

This walk brings a ton of memories. In the early 90's husband and I attempted to walk from Caesars to the Rio, which turned out to be a disaster. We could not cross over the I15. Glad to see the built a walk way. Thanks for the video.

Never walked from Rio to the Strip or vice versa. The last time I visited Rio they still had the free shuttles to Bally's, Caesars and Harrahs. Been a while. Have always wondered how long it would take to walk. Have stayed at Paris, last time around 2009, it's been a while for that too. Thanks for the walk Jeff.

Great walk Jeff. I used to stay at the Rio many years ago when Caesars owned it and they had a shuttle to and from the strip. Those were the days.😊

I did that walk in December. It did not feel unsafe but it is a long walk. Vegas isn't very pedestrian friendly as everything is so big and far away. That interchange over the highway is huge.

While I realize you’re illustrating your walk for exercise reasons, Jay….that mini interaction with those two gents is the exact reason I would NEVER walk this walk anymore. If the intent is to get to the Rio to gamble or see a show - just take the 202 Flamingo CATS bus…spend the $6 and be done with it.
