Everything about this was so beautiful and bittersweet. These moments when James and Regulus run together holding hands so carefree, when they dance and James twirls Regulus and then kisses him, when they lovingly bump their noses after the passionate kisses - what in the names of Godric and Salazar was that. I was crying happy tears. It was just… everything I hoped for.. for them: to have this kind of love and tender moments. I was kinda hoping that when the melody hits crescendo it will be just another day with sweet moments… but you said “prepare your hearts” and I was not at all prepared. Dorian and Rafael are amazing!! They are truly the best Regulus and James ever, in the history of forever. You could see every emotion in their eyes…and smiles and their body language. Everything about them is so real… it hurts. If you see this guys - please just know, that you are gorgeous!! and you made so many jegulus girlies so so happy. Now I’m going to rewatch A Night’s Tale and then this one again (a bajillion … certainly not healthy amount of times). Thank you for your incredible work and every emotion and effort you put into these movies.

The moment you can tell James is having some sort of doubt is when they cuddle. I’m not sure if it’s guilt from hiding, or if he knows deep down they will never be able to love eachother in peace. And that eats him alive, especially given what regulus has to do. From that moment on you can see how the colour gets dimmer, less vibrant and more dark as if foreshadowing regulus drowning. It completely changes. They still love eachother but deep down they know that it can’t work right now. IM GONNA SOB BRB

Hey! Shitty lip reader here! So what I could make out was, Regulus says something, James starts to get up, "What is it?" Regulus asks, James says something unintelligible, then Regulus speaks again, "If you don't feel the same way as me, then why are we doing this?" James goes, "huh?" (I think, please this is so hard lmfaoo) then I think he says, "Because we are! Because [some shitty reason, possibly 'We can' possibly 'your hair.']" he talks a bit more than says something like, "I don't want to do this anymore, I want people to see me [with you? with my partner?] You knew that [?]" then something else that I can't read. Regulus then goes, "But that's what you were asking for! Oh my God [?] Answer the question! [what question love? probably from before like, "baby after school what are we gonna do," or, "are you gonna join up with the death eaters?"]" Then James leaves, likely says "No," or something, but it'd be funny if he just looked at Regulus and just bye. Uhm so yeah, that's what I got from this scene, if anyone can fill the gaps, yay! But I think this argument is about what's going to happen to their relationship once James leaves school (I'm assuming James is almost there by this time in the video) and James doesn't want it to be so serious, maybe wants to completely end it (sounds like he does, but I cannot lip read at a good enough level to be a solid source), but either way, c'mon James, be nice lmfaoo

I’m not sure this was on purpose but something that kills me is that at the beginning of a Night’s Tale you see James’ eyes follow Regulus out but at the end here Regulus just looks down and his eyes don’t follow. For some reason this was just so heartbreaking my god.
