Well, you're lucky because, as @Eden'sWish said, bees and wasps hibernate during winter. But, if a wasp sees you, they will remember your face, because they have photographic memory. So if you see a wasp and it looks at you, once it's back, they will remember your face. I'm scared as fuck now, because here in Argentina it's summer, and worse for me, I have insectophobia.
