LOVE BLOSSOM! 꽃이 하나둘씩 피어나며 사랑도 몽글몽글 피어나는 것만 같아요. 따사로운 햇빛이 코 끝을 간질이는 요즘, 봄에 어울리는 달콤한 디저트 레시피를 들고 왔어요. 루이보스티 베이스에 상큼한 라임과 허브를 넣어 만든 건강 에이드인 ‘루이보스라임에이드‘와 오븐 없이 쉽게 만드는 바닐라 향 가득한 이탈리아식 스위트 푸딩 ‘베리판나코타’랍니다! 핑크빛 가득한, 꽃이 한 아름 놓인 달콤한 디저트가 우리의 마음을 설레게 하는데요. 오늘 같은 따듯한 바람이 부는 날, 우리의 식탁에도 봄을 초대해보는 건 어떨까요?
LOVE BLOSSOM! As the flowers bloom one by one, it feels as if love is blooming.
These days when the warm sunlight tingles the tip of our noses, I have brought here some sweet dessert recipes perfect for the spring. They are 'Rooibos-lime ade' which is a healthy ade with fresh lime and herb in a rooibos tea base and 'Verry Berry panna cotta', a sweet Italian pooding with vanila flavor made without oven! A sweet dessert with pink flowers on it makes our heart flutter. On a day like today when the warm wind blows by, how about inviting spring to your table?
☞ [Rooibos Lime Ade] 2servings
- Ingredients : 2 Rooibos tea bag, 1/2 Lime, 1/2 Lemon, 3tbsp Maple syrup, Edible flowers, Herb leaves, 100ml Hot water
1. In a large glass, add hot water, rooibos tea bag, and maple syrup, simmer for 3 to 4 minutes and cool.
(If you put the tea bag first and pour the water in later, the air in the tea bag can bring it to the surface, making the tea not brew up properly and thus producing a strong bitter taste. The temperature of the water should be 70-80°C)
2. Put edible flowers, herb leaves, and rooibos tea in the ice frame and freeze for more than 5 hours.
3. Slice lime and lemon into thin ring shapes.
4. Add ice flower, sliced lime, and lemon in a glass. Pour in the chilled rooibos tea.
5. Put herbs on top to complete it.
☞ [Verry Berry Panna cotta] 2servings
- Ingredients : 200g Milk, 250 Fresh Cream, 50g Sugar, 60g Gelatin, Vanilla extract, 1/4 cup of Raspberry, 1/4 cup of Blueberry, 1 Earl grey tea bag
- Berry Topping : 1 cup of Frozen strawberries, 1 cup of Frozen raspberries, 100g Sugar, 1tbsp Water, 2tbsp Lemon juice
1. Put some cold water in a bowl and steep the gelatin in a bowl for 5 minutes.
3. Add milk, whipped cream, and sugar to a pot and simmer over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
4. Squeeze gelatin tightly and mix well in a pot and lightly mix vanilla extract to cool.
5. Fill panna cotta in a bottle 2/3 full, wrap and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
6. Stir in frozen berries, sugar, and water over low heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
7. Boil until they are concentrated and cool with lemon juice at the end.
8. Place berry topping on a hard panna cotta and add berries and herb leaves to suit your taste.
