No explanation required. TS accepted the exclusive offer. It is the same as an artist who has accepted to be an ambassador for a brand and is not allowed to take any deal for any other brand for a certain period of time as such it is called exclusive.

The reason why Taylor Swift's organizers told the other countries about the exclusivity deal is because they were giving them the chance for counter offers. They could have easily done their own counter-exclusive deal but chose not to. It's too much work and we all know what these brown skin countries are like.

Don't be comparing her to gimmick industries ...and some South Korean politicians already addressed they were disappointed to know Eras Tour is not going to be hosted in SK...but who knows...
