I had never heard of them prior to seeing them open for Metallica and now am a fan. They put on an amazing set.

Probably the hardest and heaviest song they ever recorded! I hope they put out more shit like this in the near future.

Awesome , found the band right after their first release on Kemado Records , Age of Winters. Great riffs and lyrics inspired by the great early sword and sorcery works by authors like Robert E. Howard , this comes straight from the Conan story Beyond the Black River. Epic band , music and inspirations !

For some reason this whole video, the song and look of the players, reminds of the ram Jam video for black betty. Only more modernized. It's just badass

Great version... I dig that drummer a lot - he's a heavy hitter. And he knows were to slow down to make it even heavier.
@georgelewis36317 жыл бұрын
Friedfish Ruff that's Kevin fender...he was actually only in the band for a short while as a temporary fill-in for trivett after he left mid-tour. Kevin didn't actually write any of the songs but he definitely gets mad respect for jumping in last minute and learning a bunch of tough songs. you should check out the current drummer, Jimmy vela, he's the best out of all 3.

I saw them live in Covington, KY in 2010 with Kevin Fender on drums when he was temporarily with them in a small bar that held about 50 people. They had Karma To Burn and Mount Carmel with them at I got in and was only 16 at the time.... he was such a standout player, really caught the vibe and was a beast. A huge memory for me.

Sad this band is on hiatus due to a lack of turnout at shows. They don't seem to get that their horrible decision to change their sound on the last two albums has driven fans away. THIS is the Sword we want, not that bullsh!t that they've given us on the last two records.
@darrenmalachi98936 ай бұрын
I disagree. I really liked the last album ( not the acoustic one) there was some killer songs on it. Yes there was some garbage also but as a musician u have to make the music u feel. If you're crowd doesn't like it then u can always change. The biggest bands in the world always mix it up.
