You hit it right on the head .this help me get up even more really..I was feeling down/lazy today felt overwhelmed didn't want get up n clean up but I had got up made a fruit smoothie..I gather some juniper berries from the brush but stopped n started gathering the ones that was already on the ground under the brush while it was raining out n put that in my smoothie n sit down ..n was still feeling wired n then i saw this pop up ..n i just smiled from ear to ear because this was so helpful.. sipping my berries smoothie with a smile n got up n handled my business....I love u so so much
