The symptom that nobody wants to talk about is the physiological damage it’s done to the brain. People have no idea how bad depression, anxiety, paranoia, anger, fear, sweating ect. ect.!!!! All of these symptoms combined are a recipe for disaster! This is the worst thing that has ever happened to me! Then again, it brought me back to God. Sad that it took being sick for so long to come back to him but, the important thing is that I did! I hope the all suffering from long covid can manage as well as I have. It’s been a long journey and I have a feeling it’s going to be a lot longer before we get any real help.

Agreed ... You can do all that is expected and some get covide we need to give ourselves some grace here and be kind to yourself... Some act like this virus is a dirty thing and freak out .... it’s not just like any other virus handle it w care

The virus doesn’t spread from surfaces as much as they originally thought. Virus spreads from person to person

I forgot to say get some Vicks vapor rub and a que tip and put a little around the inside of your nose, not way up in there just inside the nose. Hot showers feel really good also. Keep the sheets and pillow cases change, open the windows and put a coat on. The importance of airing the house out everyday for a while is a must.

I do this to my ears too.. I gently rub some vicks on a cotton ball & put them in my ears.. it helps with the inflamed sinuses.

Showers aren’t good while on COVID can cause some lung pain and Mabe shortness of breath some how it damages the bronchioles becouse they are supper sensitive during COVID

You're missing the point. If everyone around the.doctor had worn masks to catch the virus before it got into the air he'd never have gotten sick. We don't just take precautions for ourselves but for others also. It's called compassion.
