@@SahiPie blueprints are experience discounts on vehicles so you can unlock them sooner. You get hem either by daily missions, through events or with the battle pass (free or paid). Say, you want to unlock a tier X medium which needs 200k experience, one blueprint fragment will decrease it to 180k. If you are lucky and have lots of blueprints, you can even complete the full blueprint of a vehicle and unlock for free, with 0 experience. I unlocked the whole IS-7 line in 1 week thanks to blueprints and free experience, so it has definitely helped.

When playing with high ping the low pen on the IS-7 is brutal, you can only penetrate the weakest of weak points against most tier X heavies and crap ping makes that super hard. 60TP has the same problem, but it's got really good HE you can fall back on.

Lemming, you should try the new Improved Rotation Mechanism instead of the GLD on the IS-7. Gives you better gun handling and also tank traverse, think it would work way better than a GLD

Win Rate is just as much a reflection of the teams you get as your ability. Mark of Excellence and Destruction Ratio are better measures of your ability. Just another opinion for whatever it is worth.

You can get 5 kills in a battle with 5 damage done or you can get 0 kills and 10k damage done. Also you can pad it by not shooting until you get a kill. MoE is also a good metric but not as good as WTR or WR. You can farm MoE without trying to win. Winrate can be padded to an extend. That's why it's better to look recent/tank statistics than overall. But out of these WR is still the most important. The objective of the game is to win.

"If you wanna win more you should play heavies". That depends on how good of a player you are. If you are bad and playing very influential and powerful tanks you are gonna take up space for someone who could do a better job in that position. In that case you are better of playing arty and TD's.

If this is going to be implemented by WG then don’t you think there will be players that focus on the people with the highest rate? Just a sort of XVM but inside WoT without any mods. They’ll have to make it like the atomiser doesn’t work with this, or that only your team and not the enemy team can see your winrate. All depends on the map but yea, mediums can be meta but if you realize in clan wars and ranked, most people play heavies preferably with good armor and good mobility. Eg. chieftain, 279e, super conq. A good tanker in any meta heavy tank is more likely to carry a game but all depends on the situation of the game and the map as I said.

i've been playing this game on and off since beta, but i only have 2100 battles and I'm still working through the American medium line, at tier 9 right now. i suck. when should i start paying attention to stats? I've always been obsessed with stats in games and seeing a fat red WN8 rating beside my name really pisses me off. watching these videos has really helped me improve my mechanics, but i feel like my mental game isn't there at all. god i just want to be good at this.

Casino's are honest so that's a good thing then. Winrate means how much you can influence in battles compared to other players. 40% vs 50% winrate player means that the 50% player will influence more than the 40% player. Paying for something doesn't directly affect winrate.

Some tanks are just cursed. This is absolutely a thing in this game. No matter what you do you just cannot win in the vehicle. If I get a tank like this I just sell it because where’s the fun in losing all the time even if you do well in the tank You clearly know what you’re doing since you have two marks, but you losing so many games isn’t your fault. Definitely cursed if your overall is 53% and your IS7 WR is 43%

My overall winrate was about 52.2 but my last 1000 games where totally useless. No matter what I do Im having lost games and cannot hit a thing. Dropped back to 51.2 at the moment. My IS7 is also doomed to lose , 44% winrate. Every time I start a game with it the game is lost within 4 to 5 minutes. Im not clueless at all but somehow it just doesnt work , I miss so many shots with this tank while other people say its easy mode 🤔 like how?? Same with my progetto 46 , it has 44% winrate while I have a lot of fun playing it. But same story , missing shots a lot. Fully aimed 3 times misses in a row. Then I watch somebody else playing it and I see them hit shot after shot like easy mode is on 🤣

That is how MM works. It is not random. If you have over 52% overall and just 47% IS7 - I believe you switch between a few tanks in the same session so one of them gets more wins other more loses and over time the results are not similar.
