Same. I had mine in 2016 and loved it. It holds one of the highest win rates of any of my tanks (if not the highest) of 67% in 130 games. Don't know how. Maybe luck had something to do with it. But it makes me sad that this tank is so low today. Needs more love.

If you have problem with obj 279 r misions, go and play with this tank, It s usefull for misions like 3 masters in 10 battles, you will get master very easy with this tank.

I used to think that 110 was a better IS-3 7 years ago when i started playing wot . 110 was a good tank back then and i enjoyed it a lot . Maybe it's not so good anymore unless it gets buffed

I loved my 110... ofc that was when I still played this game, and it just came out. The reason I liked it was because it didn't have BL9 ( yes, I hated the IS3 I am weird like that ).

@@Armchaiirwarrior Back when I was playing we didn't have blueprints. Also, didn't WG change or remove BL9? IS3 as platform is a good tank, it was the old BL9 which made me want to pull my hairs out each time I played with it. Didn't drink enough vodka, didn't sacrifice enough capitalists to Stalin or whatever you want to call it, it was like each shell was actually guided away from where I needed them to go 🤮🤮

@@MarvinWestmaas I mean I also played before the blueprints, maxed out is3 and didn't touched it again - and then I've finished it like a 3 month ago with use of the blueprints. I dopn't recall any change to the BL-9 gun, but it's still carries it - and so is T-10 and Obj 257. But yeah, I don't recall this gun as nice to use in any way. This being said, I have a blast in my T-10 and Is-7.

@@Armchaiirwarrior I think at one time they changed BL9, lowered the penetration and changed some soft stats or maybe even aim time and dispersion not sure. Been ages honstly! Think 110 was one of the last tanks I unlocked, quit not much later didn't even buy the tier 9 and 10 on that line. IS7 was also a tank I didn't like, but I have to admit it was the first tier X I unlocked and I played it far to agressive ( thinking my side armor would work when med's where literally driving circles around me... yeah I burned a lot, a real ffin lot lol ). I think if I would play it now ( IS7 ) I would like it a lot more, if anything 110 actually finally teached me how to play well with a pike nose :D Only difference would be that 110's gun can actually work at distance ( or so I recall... ) and IS7 130mm naval cannon ( gun from a WWII Destroyer iirc ) needs a lot of sacrifices to Stalin to have it behave :D

@@MarvinWestmaas Sacrifices towards IS-7 are distributed amongst the gun performance and survivability it's either a le funny "heavium" or a raid boss mechanic for a enemy team. But for 110... give rest of the line a shoot.if you're ever going to play the game again. WZ-111-4 is a hellish meme machine with that 130 tier lower than is-7.

It's crazy, but this was one of my favorite tier 8 heavy tanks. I won near 60% of my 92 battles in it with 1500+ damage per game (not great I understand, but I made it work). However, the caveat is that I played through this tank 5-6 years ago. I suspect in 2021 WoT, the experience would be much different. My experience was prior to WG going full-on stupid with all the OP tanks. But, my memories are fond...

This tank does need a update. For a start the gun is all wrong when you consider that the IS-2 has a 390 top gun and the WZ-111 1-4 has a 490 top gun. It would make sense for the 110 to get a 420/440 top gun to fit the theme of higher alpha. I also think the top turret makes no sense as China didn't get T-10 as far as I am aware. The IS-M turret could work as some of the old IS-2 projects were passed on to the Chinese (the 110 is based on the IS-2U) or any of the WZ-111 turrets too. But this is mostly a personal nitpick more then anything else.

110 was one of the best T8 hvy years ago. Since WG introduced too many OP premium tanks, all T8 tech tree tanks, especially heavy tanks, are underpowered. TBF, 110's live statistics still better than most other T8 hvy( Emil => 50 100 => 53TP => 1001 => 110 => ......). Nice gun, better than paper armor and fair mobility. You don't necessarily need to skip it.

I am one mission away from the 279e, just need masteries in Russian/Chinese tree. Thought “Yeah the 110 should be easy to ace” 80 battles and sold it, if the stars are not aligned in everyway you’re not doin over 2500 damage a game. Terrible experience truly.

Actually i have good mémories of this tank, i liked the mobility and superior dpm (compared to is3). Still looking back at it now it does feel like this tank needed special MM... So yeah... Although I do recommend anyone to keep playing with this tank to get to WZ-1-4 Wich is in the true gem of the tech tree line (together with 5A and type-58)

@@mephistok0689 to be fair with you I never played the t34-85 although I know it is a good tank. And the nice mobility, fairly good dpm and overall look of the tank just made it fun to play with. Of course if you look at my perf with the tank they aren't glorious XD but I had fun and that's what matters to me. (If i played it now that I made few 1000 games more i may think otherwise but for now still on my good place ^^. (Just like tiger P)

Although 110 is BAD at tanking i think people don't consider this should be played similar to a French autoloader heavies, but more on the support side. It should be used to support up close and let the actual brawler and blocker do the grunt work on take dmg while you help do dmg. This very much same with the T-34-2 sense both are more support till buff.

It's not a heavy. It's a slow medium with a little more HP and unreliable armor. VIII tier TOG. It's enough to barely make your HP amount of damage to easily earn 1 MoE.

Aww man you serious? 110 used to be such a fun vehicle when I used to play the game a few years back. This was before the Centurion Action X substituted the FV that was at T10 for the brittish mediums. I remeber it being a super trolly vehicle with a great gun.
