Yes! We just took 3 lambs and had them cut up entirely into chops!

XIT ranch in Texas does a similar cook with beef cooked in the ground! Good times! How long has the sour dough start been going?

that's awesome! I have always wanted to try that! for us not long! we don't keep it going all year like some do! there is a bakery close to the ranch here that when we need another start we just go get one from them and get it mixed up and rolling again when we are ready for some more!

It’s a mixture of several things! Season salt, garlic salt, and all sorts of things!
