I’ve just finished Ed Conway’s Material World and the salt chapter was amazing. The book’s on mining and it appears we need salt for pharmaceuticals and for purifying our water supplies. Would really love to hear some reviews on this book. Best I’ve read all year. Great channel, I’ve just subscribed

After finishing watching this video I have just subscribed to your channel. Be glad you have another subscriber. I have watched your video about no shampoo several times and updated you on my no shampoo journey. I'm loving my hair after only 3 weeks of no poo.

I found your review helpful. After watching the video, I don't think I'll need to read the entire book to grasp its main idea. Overall, I appreciate your summary of the book and the book itself. Speaking of salt, why did the author never mention iodized salt in his book? Again, thank you so much.

I have a question about no shampoo. I have only used water in about three months now and my hair looks and feels great. However it has began to itch a little bit. My scalp looks fine, no dandruff or anything. Maybe my scalp is a bit dry, i have swam quite alot in the ocean so it might come from that. Do you have any tips how to stop a somewhat itching scalp or should i just wait.

I find it usually just passes, sometimes it means I'm not sleeping well or my diet is off though

Do you only use KZbin or do you have videos on channels like odysee?

The reason I asked is because I was going to ask you to maybe make a video about "viruses" and maybe read the book "virus mania" before and KZbin wouldn't like it.

Don't blame the salt for what the sugar did.
