They're swapping it for the HX One on Monday. Sending a courier to do so. It's an okay deal I guess. Would rather just return it, frankly.

I watched a comparison video between this and the HX One. I thought the HX One sounded better and was easier to use. However I still thought that both were just not quite there yet.

You got it before release chill Other reviews didn’t have access to the app yet Could it be better out the box? Sure but I doubt these issues will be a problem in a few weeks when they release (like getting the update, and TonePrint issues) I’d be more worried about physical defects with the unit itself or problems with the user interface. You have to set the toggle to ab on each, this is literally a non issue You just don’t know how to use half of it yet

Um, it's officially released. I bought it. With my own money. I didn't get a pre-release free like everyone else. It has a lot of valid issues. Chill.

@@EdPettersenyou literally ranted about the AB as though it was an issue even though it isn’t. You have 7 presets they can be set as AB or not. The 7th comes as AB out the box. You made it seem like it was faulty or false advertising- you just don’t know how to use it And literally every major retailer Sweetwater, Guitar center, Thomann has it listed still as preorder - you bought it early, Chill

Anyways, I figured out the A/B myself but the point was that TC tech support didn't even know how to use it or understand it enough to explain. And the Tone Prints they claim you can use, you cannot. And then there's the connectivity issue. I bought it from Anderton's, a major retailer in the UK. Thanks for stopping by.
