Black Girl Memoir is my favorite track off of ‘Oh The Places You’ll Go’, and this performance brought me to tears. She beautifully expresses how hard it is to be in a perpetual state of pushing yourself to be more while coping from being disregarded and pushed down for just being yourself despite how capable you are.
