Hi! It's 15". Unfortunately as of today the zipper pull busted off so I just don't zip it shut anymore when I use that bag.

Do the straps hurt your shoulders when you’re wearing it?!

Not if it isn't too heavy. Generally speaking it's actually pretty comfortable. I usually take it to my meetings for PLC and it's easy I'll just take my laptop and stuff for notes. However if it's fully loaded with food and drinks in both cup holders then yes it can get uncomfortable.

I loved this bag but I did start to notice my shoulders hurting after carrying too many things. If you’re putting multiple TEs and laptop and lunch everyday, your shoulders will suffer 😂
